I have used Midwest refineries for a couple of years now. I just sent 1.14 oz. of 10K junk rings in.
I got back 195.00, which I thought was a little short of what I was supposed to have gotten. of course, all sorts of conspiracy thoughts dance through your head when things don't go exactly as you thought, especially where money is concerned.
But then I noticed there were two sheets of paper to my assay report.
they had taken the trouble, and time, to take a picture of several items that were rejected as plated. I don't remember the ropy looking thing, but I recognized the ring. So, they disallowed the weight of these two items, and sent me a check for the difference.
How many companies go to such lengths today?
This is a reputable company that obviously places great value on keeping our trust.
I'm sticking with Midwest refineries, and no, I have no connection with them, other than being a very satisfied customer. Gary is the best when it comes to handling your gold sales.
