Hunting time is slim so I got back to my favorite current spot - My IH park.
Nine IHs (1883, 1897, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1906, 1908 and two "toasted", dateless ones)
Eleven wheats (including five pre-1920).
A German 2 phennig - 1912
One Buffalo nickel
One well worn Draped LC - I think the date might be 1798
One Bank of Upper Canada half penny bank token, 1857
Some kind of tool or ID tag. Seems like it might be late 18th c to mid 19th c. (judging by the style of numbers). It has an eagle head stamped into the back. Any ideas on the tag? Thanks for looking.

What a sweet weekend of finds Bruce:thumbup:

That's a ton of injuns' and I envy you fellers' who pop out those largies on occasion.

I have only one in 35 years and it's pretty nasty:)...well actually it's beyond nasty...but it's all mine.

Great finds - that's a ton of Indian Heads and a nice early date large cent. Those tags are tough to id. That's the first one I've seen with an eagle stamped in it. I've heard of some US coins stamped with eagles but no one seems to know their origin. HH

Nice going there Bruce. That looks like a great spot you have there. Wish my old sites still produced like that. Keep em coming.HH
