SD Badlands and when ever we stopped with the RV they would come over and pick the dead bugs off the bumpers.... Attractive bird.

they are demons! I have seen them ride around on the back of a cow or hog picking on a scab or sore until they eventually create a huge hole and sometimes kill them:ranting:
They are even smarter and spookier than crows. They have a place in nature but most prairie folk hate them.
