Wow its been ages since I have posted a hunt. Work and family have kept me very busy so I'm looking forward to a nice break at Xmas time. So I finally had some spare time today for a water hunt and took it gladly. Reading your posts and watching you-tube keeps the juices flowing so I just want to say thanks to everyone here for keeping me motivated and excited about this hobby, great bunch of people here. OK so would you believe it first target was gold next to iron in sand. signal was jumping all over but sounded too good to pass up, was using standard coin mode near full sensitivity, GB about 58 in freshwater. Target was small gold earring marked 375 with green gem and small white stones. After the small gold earring I really didn't care what else I found Lol but ended up with some lead and a few clad $3.60. Had a great time and a nice swim. The 78 target was the $1 coin.........76-78 is $1 and $2 on the TID so I love those numbers!! Took some photo shots from video so they ended up small sorry. Have a good one till next time guys!
Cheers!

Glad you were able to get out and hunt! Nice finds bud. Yes I have had a tight work \ family schedule lately also. But the weather is changing quickly here so I am sneaking in one hour hunts here and there, as I know that it will shut down soon.

Gold on first dig is the best! Everything else is gravy after that. I know how time can be a commodity with the demands of daily life. It's healthy to carve out some "me" time for your head.
Congrats!

Good catch on that chunk of gold! That green stone looks like the real deal, too!

Thanks everyone and good luck as usual with all of your digs!!
Cheers!
