I have a Garrett Ace 350 its a good metal detector but it wouldn't be my choice at the beach. I had my bosses metal detector last year while on vacation. He has the whites DFX I believe it has the spectrum coil on it I found a nice men's wedding band 14kt 5.2 grams. My question is in regard to the coin master gt and its ability to beach detect. If any one has expierence with this detector at the beach please share. Thanks GeorgeS

A great machine for the money, it even has a saltwater beach mode...

You just need to re-groundbalance when you go from dry to wet sand, and wet to dry.... so to make it easier don't be constantly switching back and forth.
