Quick Lunchtime Old schoolyard Boy Scout Neckerchief Clasp

Got permission to hunt local school grounds. A buddy and I have been sneaking over during our lunch hour and I dug this gem up. This is an area of the playground that were houses from 1910-1965ish range. The houses have been removed and is now the playground. Pretty neat find.

What year do you guys think it is?
 
Modern, they are still making those today.
The scouts call them woggles.
I hunt parks so I have found lots of them.
Much more fun to find than junk.

I have a small collection started. Yes they are fun to find.
