Hit a big curb strip I found near where I found my barber half and it looked real good my first couple of finds were wheats then a nice dime signal on the sharp bank around the edge it’s actually a island between two roads it turned out to beat a whacked barber dime 1907 almost folded in half!
After the barber a 1905 Indian then some clad and wheats then a good nickel signal turned out to be a dateless buffalo not to bad for a couple hour hunt took pops 87 years old still detecting!

Nice hunt, sorry to see it damaged but it could be displayed with a story behind it.

Ouch, that’s a tough one. Congratulations on your finds.

I once found half of a mercury dime, whacked as well by a mower. Never found the second half.

Mkus, folded or not, it is still a Barber. Nice find and Continued Success to you on those curb strip hunts. Well Done.
