got about an hour and a half in this morning before my battery went dead...grab the back-up right? yeh that had one bar...wasn't planning on going today so I did not charge them up(I know I should)
so anyway I went to the park that has been good to a few of us, I have to use TTF in this park and go slow...I have been slowly gridding the park. so after finding a few IH's this past week coming in at all kinds of numbers I decided to recheck a 50ft x 50ft area that I have done in both coinprogram Mutli conductive and TTF relic screen. first time through in TTF I ignored all the 11-35's or close to it because that is what the twist tops are coming in at.
scored 5 IH's in this small area along with a old canadian penny, in just that hour and a half! I was digging EVERY repeatable tone that was at least 4" ( I have found silvers and wheats at 4" in this park)
all 5 IH came in about the same 10-34,35 to 11-34,35. I was amazed at how much I missed by watching the numbers and not trusting the E-trac. I know all of us newbs have been told time and time again...I'm just glad I figured it out sooner than later!
the one IH is a 1866, it was made exactly 100 years before I was.
