I've had two days in a row where I've found a gold within minutes of hunting at JB... "Ahhhhh! This is going to be GREAT!", I thought 
I'm using a CZ-21 (my CZ20 with the lifetime warranty died last year and it was replaced : ) ) Yesterday morning, I hit this one minutes in to my hunt. Hunting in autotune, I flipped the discrim knob and picked up a high tone. For the heck of it, I kept turning the knob to see how it ID'd (something I never do) and it came up in the penny range. Dug the target and found this... The ring was sized in the middle of the hallmark so all I can see is a "K". Will have to check this one out but it looks real nice. 2.7 dwt

Got to the beach this morning just after sunrise, about 3 hours before low. I don't think I hunted more than 10 minutes when I hit a very faint target (had the volume on 10). It weakly bounced between mid and high tones and I started digging. This puppy was down there Nearly blew my eardrums when I finally got near it. 
Size 13, 14K white gold and it came in at 6.9 dwt.
After both finds, I probably detected a total of 6 hours and barely dug any targets at all (but I'm not complaining
