Quick coil Question?

Probably not BUT WHY??..................It will sure hurt the resale value of the coil if you were to want to sell it in the future......

Ouch. Why would you want to do that? Are you a fashion critique?

I know that it shouldn't matter but everything else is black and I was just curious. Right now if I put the coil on it looks like a cop car. Well I guess I'm there to apprehend what I find.

I wouldn't but if for whatever reason it's a must, then maybe the spray liner which is durable. That stuff like they spray in truck beds. I did spray the bottom of one coil and it has held up good. No more coil cover on that one though. The coil was black anyway and the spray I applied was black to, so it don't look so bad. I didn't spray the top of the coil, didn't want to cover the colorful sticker on it. Just the bottom for scrubbing purpose and I didn't have the cover at the time. Maybe I was bored at the time or I was spraying something else and got carried away and starting spraying all kinds of things around the house. I been know for stuff like that.
Anyway no regrets using the spray. I did do stuff like the ladder steps, in the boat, trays that vehicle batteries sit on, pad for turkey fryer ----see! I did get carried away:blink:

I wouldn't. Check out first to see what its ingredients are as I believe carbon based paints are not good for em fields. You will notice that charcoal will give signals at times when you detect it, its carbon.
Might do nothing but Id place money on it being a no no if it was carbon based.

There are "cross linking" paints for some plastic types. (Krylon Fusion is one and there are others and check to see if it's rated for that plastic type.) Thing with all paints is it takes a while for them to truly cure. (I'd just leave it be and wear black shoes and white socks.) For the ladies.
