Quick Backyard Hunt With My New Tesoro Silver UMax

Indy

New member
After running my kids where they needed to go I had about a hour to hunt before dark. The Tesoro is one awesome little machine. I hunted a small section of my backyard that I have pounded with my old detectors. Needless to say this little machine doesn't miss much and goes deep. Thanks to all the Tesoro owners for their input . I thought I would miss the target ID screens but I don't. Without a doubt I'm going all Tesoros ! Clad find : 2 Quarters , 4 dimes , 1 nickel and 11 pennies for a total of $ 1.06 . The ax head was found near where my grandfathers barn use to be on my property. Any idea of how old it is ??

I hunted an old homesite a few weeks ago and found 4 or 5 of them. Couldn't make out any writing on them.

Oh, and good finds!

Hay Indy,

Glad to see you hit it off with your mew Silver.

That's how I felt when I got my first Tesoro.

I now have four and one is a Silver.

That single bladed ax has been popular

for ove 100 years.

It's hard to put a date on it.

I have found a few of those. They work great

when cleaned up and reused.
