Quick After Work Hunt

Got off work this afternoon & ran by a house site that someone referred me too. Brought my Tesoro to work with me today so I was ready to swing by the house & checked the yard out.
Didn't have a lot of time but spent a quick 25 minutes checking the yard out. Did not find anything special but was a fun after work hunt. The rifle casing is a .270 casing & I will make myself an ink pen out of it.

Quick after work hunt , Love the idea, and I keep telling myself I'm gonna do that too but work is in Charlotte NC an hour commute from the house and I'm not familiar with local regulations, don't have a place to hunt, uncomfortable door knocking ...hmmm what other excuses can I continue coming up with... Ok ok you shared a short after work hunt and in doing so I'm inspired to challenge myself to do the same so there it is ... Thank you Sataro!, and happy hunting.

I agree with Surfman let's see the pen when you get it finished. Sataro all dirt fishing hunts are good hunts even when I don't find anything - just being out with one of my machines. Wish you many more great hunts. FYI - time springs forward on the 13th and will give an extra hour of day light in the evenings to dirt fish after work.
