Questoin on SE coils

Ok there is 4 coil I have been look at of the SE. What will be the best for some trash areas. coiltek joey 5x10, sunray X8, excelerator 4.5x7, excelerator 8" concentric. What do you think.

n/t

6inch excellerator, $100 at kelleyco. Ask for Tony when you order he will offers free shipping. I've got one and it's the pick of the litter. Only problem, most of the time they're on backorder.

I only used the Joey and I think it's great, but not for very trashy areas. It's fairly small yet gets good depth.

The Joey is a good coil... but its one of the few you dont want to get wet. I agree the 6 is a really good choice.

Everyone is talking that new sef coil up on the euro forums, I believe they refer to it as "the dogs danglies"....(i think that means its the shizzle in Britainese).

So far I've tested only the Sunray X-5, and it has excellent separation for those trashy areas. I also have the concentric 8" Excellerator and it did not separate as well as the X-5 did. I have a 6" Excellerator coming.

In my testing the Pro coil had very good separation for a bigger coil. I found the 12x10 SEF has fantastic separation. Ordered an 8x6 as a result of seeing it in action.
