question whats v rated coils mean whites

I have read some post about coils for sale and some of them same the coil is v rated.....thanks............
 
White's new V-3 will accept any coil that will work on the MXT & DFX (and probably a few other models) but in order for the TX boost ( a new feature only on the V-3) to work, the coil must be marked with a V. Basicly you can use new White's coils on the V-3 with no problems, but the TX boost may not work with an older coil.
