The fisher F 75 LTD..I have the v3 and dont get me wrong its a top of the line detector,i just think its a little to much to adjust on it...I was told the F75 LTD is as deep as the v3..And the manual is on the screen at all times i have had my v3 for about 9 months now and i just cant get the hang of it.....any info on the f75 ups downs....Thanks guys...

I owned a F 70 with the 11 elliptical . Allot of falsing compared to this. I had to crank the settings way up for the depth gain but would then false out allot.

Thanks i appreciate the info,I like the v3 but i just have no luck with it may be i just do get it???I have been hunting this old spot it dates back too the early 1800,I use a DFX too
i all ways come out with a good keeper even my hunt buddy said man whats you havent been pulling any good targets, In my opinion the v3 is the best detector out but i here a lot about the F75.....Just not sure what too do....

I have been wondering myself as to why I cant find any silver dollars on this homestead. So I went and buried one at 14" with a large square nail 5" inches away at 10" of depth. The nail was already in the hole and has a halo around it. The v3 hits the silver dollar like it was a quarter at 4" repeatedly.

I notice that I end up digging junk targets because I am hoping they are a good target even when the detector shows me they are not. I waste more time chasing crap because I dont want to miss that one target that "may be there".

The problem lies in the super sensitivity of the v3. It will find all those deep faint signals and will show you what is happening under the ground. It is not the machines fault that a square nail will respond like a silver half. You must use the information provided by squaring off the target and trusting what it tells you when the signal breaks up. I have dug many deep quarters and they have almost never been questionable. 14" on quarters in the kiddie lots and much deeper on larger targets. I found a crab pot at 4' deep.

The detector does not lack, it is the user that must intelligibly decide when to dig

For more info on the F75 go to the F75 forum, no one knows them better than those who use them.

For some reason i cant find silver,IM taking my tie setting up the detector and hunting Im using the silver prog and it makes alot of noise i lower the sens to what the detector tells me but still with know luck...can any one help. This is my second v3....I like whites because of the build quality and IDing.Loved the DFX but there was no depth....I would hate to give up but ive been at it for over a year now.........Hows the depth with the 4x6??????

Do you have a dealer or someone else nearby who can help you get the V set up for you? If you are not getting depth on the DFX or V, my guess is that something besides the machines is the problem. Have you considered a good turn on and go detector like the MXT Pro? Easy to learn and use with exceptional depth.

N ot that im not getting depth with the v3 we all know its a top digger .The DFX we all know its not the depth kill.Whites even said that in building the v3.For some reason i not hitting the silver,My first V3 had no problem with the silver just dont know whats going on ,Sorry if i made any one mad in asking about the F75...HAPPY HUNTING....
