Question on Whites Eagle II SL

coinscratcher

New member
how can i tell if that the detector could be a SL 90 I know their is a way to tell. All help would be appreciated. I would like to know so if i decide to sell it i can say SL OR SL 90. Thank you

It has been MANY years ago since I had an Eagle but I think it will say on the microprocessor chip inside the box. An update back then was to remove the old chip and install the new one. There might be other ways like on the screen when turned on but I don't know that for sure.

If it's an eagle2 sl its a bit to program but its very deep and id is first class. love thetone id. After a while one can know silver by the tone id alone, also can id 95% of nickles vs pulltabs.

The Eagle II SL 90 has silkscreen instructions that cover the whole bottom of the control box. Eagle II SL has a 2" gap.
Also the 90 has the User 1 and User 2 programs. This is seen in silkscreen on the top half of the control box.
