QUESTION ON SOVEREIGN XS-2 A PRO BATTERY SLIDE OR DOOR WON'T LOCK INTO THE CONTROL BOX SO THE BATTERIES DON'T HAVE ANY CONECTIONS TO WORK DO THEY SELL A NEW SLIDE TO KEEP THE BATTERIES LOCK IN.
