Question on my Discovery 2000

I noticed today that the connector on my coil is very loose when it's connected is there anything i can do without screwing my MD up,meaning the connector moves side to side,or does it need to go the MD guys for some work?

On that type of detector it should be snug. Did it come that way or did it loosen? If it's new I'd contact there service rep. If you did something, you need to weigh possible repair cost against replacement cost. So either way you'll need to contact them...or a local store if you have one.

Lest resort, no money to fix... IF IT STILL WORKS GOOD, put a little hot glue around it to secure, you can easily peal off later.
