Question on Minelab Elite with straight rod, Sun Ray S-1 Probe & Meter

Has anyone ever set up there Minelab Elite with a straight rod Sun Ray S-1 Probe & Meter? If so could you please e-mail me a photo of it. I've been wanting to change my "S" style setup that I currently have to the straight rod style with the Sun Ray S-1 probe & Standard Sovereign meter.

I wish there were more people here that had Elite's so I could get information, but everybody must have traded or sold them for the new ones. O'well I will keep on trying.

Troy the elite shares the same control housing and battery pack as the gt and really is very close to all the other sovs in sounds it makes over targets and overall performance. so posts on the other sovs can be used for the elite.

at the top of this forum is a search link, click on it, put in sovereign elite with straight rod, have the search run for the last year and only on this forum and you will come up with alot of info. I just did it to see. If I knew how to do it and then post it here for you I would do that but I dont. if your not sure how to do it give me a call and I will walk you through it while on the computer. my number is 609-693-7084
