Question on Ground Balancing Eagle Spectrum

Tico

Member
I just acquired a good used Eagle Spectrum, This machine is a little intimidating for me with all the adjustments.
First question if you using a saved Custom Program is it best to by pass the GB screens on start up or GB everytime you initially turn the machine on.
If you do GB on start up is the new GB saved in the Custom Program next time you use it.
Hope that question makes sence.
Another thing why is the Initial start up GB important if Auto Trac is on

Sometimes the manuals can be a little vague, especially with these menu driven machines

I'm sure there will be more questions coming.

always pick your program or custom program first then do the air and ground balance the ground is always different, once balanced the auto trac will keep it adjusted. once in awhile it doesn't hurt to do the ground balance again after you have been hunting awhile. I hope this makes sense

White's has its XLT forums: Check it out.
