Question On Coinstrike

This is for anyone that owns a coinstrike. You knowon other detectors
when you pinpoint it tells you how deep the treasure is ,for instant
it tells you 2,4,6,8,or 10 inches, well how does the coinstrike tell you.
A freind of mind was not sure but he thinks it starts at 100 then goes
99,98,97,etc.is this correct & would that mean 100 would be on the
surface & 99,98,97,etc.be below the ground.Thank You for your input..

a 99 would be shallow or a large object not very deep. Large objects an inch or 2 down will show high 90's as well.....as it's designed to get an inches type reading for coin sized objects.
The best way to figure out the C$ & it's depth meter system is this......Just remember a 50 is about 5 inches down....a 40 would be six, etc, etc......
Hh,
Bill

OK i'll try that thank you bill your no.1 i dont care what anybody says about you your super.
Oh bye the way would you happen to know what is going on with the f-70's..

Thanks for the kind words. My F70 is working excellent, so hopefully just a delay in getting the right parts or something.....
Hopefully the dealers will get a memo soon on an actuall release date.
HH,
Bill

Hello,Bill
How are you today,I have some more questions if you dont mind.I have a DFX and I know that you have always used fisher detectors. You had said one time to use one manufactures detector to get use to
their tones.I would like to know what you think of the dfx, also I have to use reading glasses with byfolcals to read the meter on a CZ 3D.Would you keep the dfx or would you buy a CZ 3D i'm trying to decide what I
should do the DFX is a little heavy but has the LCD read out where the CZ 3D is a meter..I mainly hunt for coins & jewelry & sometimes relics and I like a detector that is easy to operate with out all the functions
where your always messing around with the detector instead of detecting, please help..Thank You:help:
