question on a coil for Excalibur 2 ???

JOHNMARKHAM

OK here's my question, i do have an Excalibur 2 1000 and seem to be doing fine with it,Ive read on these forums that guys are changing coils to a larger coil,my question is why would you do this and does this throw off the machine as far as the sens and disc?/ whats the pros and cons as to why i might want to do this and which coil is better than those stock coils?? any help would be great..
thanks
john

Larger coil = more coverage and depth. I Have WOT coils on 2 of my excals, the other one, the excl2 has the 10 and is still under warranty however when that expires it will wear a WOT as well. All my settings remain the same although in some places I might turn down the sens just a hair. IMHO no cons
