Is there a way to tell when my Garrett GTI 1500 was made...????From the Serial number,And was all 1500s made with Digital Signal Processing..My detector doest have that sticker on it/.....thanks guys,,,Its good to be back THing.........What a sweet forum this is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe send Garrett an E mail, they should be able to help

If it has the white imaging coil it's a older one. If it has a black imaging coil it's a newer model. All the 2500's and 1500's already have the Digital Signal Processing. The 1500 is one good detector! I found a lot of good stuff with one.

Thanks for the help.I am going to put it to the test..
