Question for Randy - Creating a new Mode in the Xchange2 Software.

I was in the Xchange2 software. I created a new mode and named it, saved, & copied it into a new collection folder. Also copied the modes from the detector into the folder. Also, exported them to a folder on my hard drive. I thought (and tried multiple times) I had put the new mode into the CTX by dragging and dropping the new mode back to the CTX icon. When I click on the CTX icon, it shows my new mode being in the machine, along with the others. But when I unhook the usb cable and go into the menu in the CTX, the new mode does not show up. What am I doing wrong. I didn't see in the manual on the CD, where it said exactly how to do that. It's probably in there and I missed it.

I just read in another post about unplugging the USB cable before powering down the detector. Doing that allowed my new modes to load and show properly.
