I attended a local detector swap meet and someone made the statement that the older 1266x is a better machine then the one's made today.He stated that there are 2 boards in the control box and only one board being used today...TRUE OR ?....
 
It just depends upon what is on the boards. For example, you could have one simple circuit board, such as the tiny one in a Tesoro Eldorado or Bandido II
