I knew there was another question I had on the Pantera (told ya my memory is bad,lol). Is the ground balance adjustment tied in with both the all metal and disc. mode or just the all metal mode and the disc. mode is factory set. Thanks again fellas. Steve.
 
Had a good chat with my buddy Hombre on the phone today, he answered alot of questions I had on the Pantera. He said he has one and tells me they are a very good detector. Thanks Randy, always a pleasure talking with you. Steve.

Well Guys

Thanks for the kind words, but no, I have not been around the forums all that long. Really I'm quite computer illiterate, can't spell or type well (two finger method) don't use spell check or anything else that is high tech. I'm pretty low tech, I have tried allmost all the digital machines, XLT, DFX, Explorer ll and I still prefer knobs to make adjustments with (analog). That is why I like the old Tesoro detectors, especially the ED 120 machines like Bandido, Bandido ll, Bandido ll
