Question can the DeLeon be super tuned by increasing threshold in Disc. mode?

Hey guys if you bought yours new did they come with a coil scuff gaurd or do I need to order one thanks
 
Just my opinion - if you detect mostly over grass, you don't really need one. If you often are over gravel, sand, or rocky areas, I'd use one. I have them on all my coils as they are much cheaper than replacing a coil and don't affect the depth at all. However, you should remove them and clean any accumulated sand or debris from them from time to time, as that can sometime have an effect on performance.

Thank you BB I use coil covers on all my detectors and I assume that they all come with them on Tesoros but found out on a compadre they don't and I forgot to ask when I traded back the outlaw. It's been hit or miss with other brands but I always get them. I have a little OCD and I like to put covers on them all.Haha thanks.
 
I did not get a cover with any of mine Tesoro's. That being said I don't use them.
