QUESTION: ARE THE COILTEK COILS WATERPROOF

This is from Trevor, Coiltek's managing director, a few years ago:
"....Please remember that the Joey coil is made to be water resistant and not water proof. It will be fine in wet grass and small puddles but is not to be submersed in water as this may void the warranty."
