Im looking at a few etc on the fee bayer,I seen one that has software version 1. 0 ,Has the software ever changed .can you tell the age by looking at the software .Thanks,It has the gray plug....
 
Ver 1 is the only version for the DFX. If you want to know the age, get the serial number and call White's.
 
Your the man!!!!Thanks......What's your opinion on the dfx,And what do you think in terms of depth I could expect ????
 
A lot of your questions can be or has been answered on the DFX forum but depth is not the same for everyone. Depth is dependent on how the detector is set up, ground mineralization and user skill.
