question about the HH wader

HH wader: It is my understanding that detector pro no longer makes this model. Does anyone know why.....I know they came out with the pirate, but can't quite figure out if/why they stopped the HH's. I have a chance to pick one up, and if there is any information on them it would be greatly be appreciated. I have read some of the reviews, both good and bad, but was just curious. (I am pretty sure that I will have one within the next 2 weeks with the blue phones).

Thank you for your anticipated input.

One uses a large Nel DD and the other a concentric. (the PI was discontinued)
They stopped advertising here long ago.
I have an older diver that allows loops to be switched.
Here is an add to reach them

Detectorpro was bought out, Gary retired. The new U/W is the current model. Not popular as it was, at one point. Basically a Fisher 1280 circuit design. DP products now made in China.
With the new waterproof land detectors Nox, Makro, Quest, Whites....detectors now on the market, would you buy a DP? They are good units...........

Thank you for the information Sven, my brother is giving me his HH wader. Can't beat the price 0 dollars, I didn't realize that Gary had retired, I did manage to get an address to send it to be checked out. Made in China, huh? I am beginning to think that everything is made in China. Anyway, thanks again for the timely information.
