Is there a difference in how a detector makes sounds if it’s digital or analog?
The MXT is still new to me, but a lot of the sounds seem to be preprogrammed for a VDI number. I will say though that I’m starting to notice a difference in how the sounds are made.
With my Class3 I notice a big difference in how objects make sounds; they seem to have shapes so to speak.
One sound I that I find stands out is nickels. They seem to have a raspy sound and pin point very fast with a raspy sound. Where as a pull tab will a have a clear sound with a high pin point sound.
