question about beach hunter modification

hello y m interesting to change the bm 950 coil on my old beach Hunter to a big size a double d or a butterfly
1 what types of coil work on
2 sun ray connector or connecting in the housing box

I put a super 12 on mine and love it in the dry sand i hit target 12 plus and in the water i like to go metal mode. I have noticed that it falses more in the water and i have to turn down the disc to about 3. I sent it to Whites and they replaced the Circiut board--free of charge-- so i will find out how it does in Siesta Key in Oct. If you want my opinion i would leave the 950 coil on, although i heard that the 10dd works good. Have it hard wired in and forget about the connectors.
