Question about a wot searchcoil

Will a Coiltek 15 inch WOT searchcoil work on my Minelab Explorer XS?
Will it give too much depth? or much more depth over my standard issue coil?

The are a number of W.O.T 's and their is one especially for the explorer xs.I just got mine today and am very impressed with it.It is very light weight and well balanced for it's size.It pinpoints amazingly well and seems pretty sensitive to smaller targets.As far as the depth issue,I think it would depend alot on ground conditions.Mineralization, trash ,etc.I can't wait to get to a beach with it.It probably rocks on the beach!Also the target seperation seemed very good for such a large coil.
