Quattro Finds Today

[attachment 31906 cap_001.jpg]Today was another good day with my Quattro . Working a small trashy area I managed to find one silver Rosevelt dime 1953s , one Indian Head penny 1901 , and four wheat cents . My key words to those who are just getting started with the Quattro is slow slow slow . When you get comfortable with this technique your good finds will start to come . Just my two cents ! Had fun again and thanks for looking !

Nice digs. That would be a good day for me. Coins look in good shape too.

Mike, where are you located. You're sure finding some good stuff. Not trying to scope on your area, just curious, because there used to be a Mike in Virginia Beach, I think. Man, I'm getting a little delerouse here, but I'm just curious. Beach Guy, Marc Trainor.

Well Mike, so was I. I'm a San Diego native and and old, x-surfer that's too chicken to go out thesse days, so I bought a metal detector instead. You surley know it's a great place to metal detect here in So. Cal, but I'm trying to gain the strength and courage to rent a board and go out for peet's sake. After all, it was the most healthy, happy time in my whole life when I was surfing at 15. Now I'm 57, but I know there's a lot of guys my age or older still surfing, so I have no excuse. Good talking to you, and thanks for the response.
