Quality time with the kids...

Well everyone has to do things other than relic hunt or find coins or gold, and Monday was no exception. Since I had to take a day off of work to take care of permitting for the new house we are putting up, I decided to let the kids have a crack at the fishing on our private pond. It's awesome to actually own your own fishing hole. The fish are all pretty small as the pond is way over populated... lots of perch and blue gill and small mouth. The kids caught over 100 plus fish in 2 hours!!!! I was a busy dad!!! :)

Hope you enjoy... sorry I did not take any scenery pics... Don't know why either as it was a beautiful day.

Big brother getting into the act... I think he had the most fun this time as it was not really fishing... more like casting and catching!!!
