Q: Leagality of Copyright

A

I have hundreds of Images I've created for eventual re-sale. If I copy these to a CD, does the copying process record the date the information was transfered to the disk? If so is this a safe way to say I have the copyright.
Also I noticed you can add extra info by going into the properties of some images and add info to the Summary. Any recommendations here would be appriciated also.

Thanks John - I've been thinking about this new technology but will wait til the prices come down. I also don't like the limits and subscription idea on this product.
