Purchasing my next Tesoro soon, need advice

This might be my last metal detector purchase for a wile, and I want to make the best choice, looking at the Vaquero, Tejon and Lobo.
I now have a silver Umax and love it but I am looking for a ground balancing and deeper seeking unit.
I love coin and relics I'm going to SD. next year maybe doing some gold hunting but most of my hunting is coin hunting I live in IL.
Vaquero seems to be a better all purpose unit, but I'm leaning towards the Tejon I think it would be deeper on the coins and like the idea of the ALT. DISK.
I also think the Lobo would would be great for the audio GB, but I won't be hunting gold much.
-Thanks for your advice-

The disc side on the Lobo is preset, go with the Tejon. Deeper too.

I'd go with the Tejon and add a 5.75 coil plus one of the prospecting coils used on the Lobo and you'll be ready for most any hunting.

The V would do the job, the T would do the job better.

..is a killer coin hunter in parks. It will go deep, will ground balance with ease ( once set, all you have to do pull the trigger back and pump the coil every once in a while to make sure it's balanced optimally) and will find small gold ( and foil, tabs, etc. !). Even at the lower sensitivity settings it goes deep. The alternate discrimination feature lends itself very well to coin hunting in trashy areas.

I use the 5.75 concentric. Never tried the smaller widescan coil but I hear that is good too. Ground where I hunt is neutral to mild so I went with the concentric.

Last thing...it may not be a wet sand hunter but it is a great dry sand hunter on the beach.

I think the Tejon is a great all around unit and not just for relic hunting and more and more hunters are figuring that out.
