Purchasing a new detector-help

Heh all,

I am considering buying the Whites Matrix M6. I'm sick of the beginner level Bounty Hunter Quick Draw after just a few weeks-it seems to be limited to a maximum of about 4 inches of depth and not very accurate in target identification. Can someone give me their thoughts about this?

Don't have the M6, but a lot of people like them. I have its big brother the MXT and highly recommend it. Similar machine, but with more versatility for around $100 more, new. Good depth and pretty accurate on the id. With either machine I'd recommend you pick up one of the smaller coils for trashy areas or the 6X10 DD which does better in trash than the stock 9.5.
