It peels right off and a replacement is about $5 at most White's dealers and the factory.

I don't think I made myself clear their is a protective coating on the replacement decal used for shipping so it doesn't get scratched it peeled half way off and th rest won't come off if I use some kind of tool its going to scratch is their a cleaner that will take this off without damage to the window (the new replacement window) thanks
 
Unless it is defective, I would think glass cleaner would do the job. It sounds like it might have got too hot somehow and melted. A call to the factory would get you another one free I bet. The protective shipping plastic should come off VERY easy, almost a static cling type or very mild glue.
