I am looking for some tips on using the prospecting feature on the V3i. Any information would be great Thanks !!!
 
Start with the pospecting program and use the prospecting scan.

The Prospecting Scan provides a scrolling graph making ground changes obvious. By monitoring these changes, increasing ground mineralization can be easily located. Increased ground minerals are more likely to contain precious metals (like gold).

Check in on the prospecting forum, I think Steve, the moderator has been using the V3i some if I'm not mistaken. Larry (IL)
