I will direct this question to monte and any experienced electronic prospectors.
I am looking for a detector to sample mine tailings and ore samples as well as some light nugget hunting.It needs to be mgb and preferably the correct discrimination range for mineral /metal.Which Tesoro would be the better choice? Other brands or models?
Can the 3 turn ground balance correctly locate the metal mineral null point ?or is discrimination the better way to determine metal vs mineral?
I was excited to see the tejon on the LST frequency with mgb but after reading some posts maybe the eldorado is the ticket.
I miss my pantera.
