prospecting and beach mode toghether. :ausflag:

Hi Guys,
Had a bit of a play around with prospecting mode with the 70. Pushed down on ground balance and held and pushed again and held and brought up beach mode and prospecting with a zero on iron mask. I had iron mask at 5 originally. If you try to increase iron mask you cant. I am going to try this at the beach on wet sand. To remove the beach mode you have to push on ground balance and hold release and push again.

What ID do you get on coins in beachmode compared to normal.

Hi Bfodnes,
In patterns 1,2,3, identification and discrimination is the same in normal and beach mode, when you push mode auto and bring up prospecting mode you have 0 no iron mask and is the same as been in prospecting mode with beach mode engaged. I have noticed you can ground balance a lot lower in beach mode and put your sensitivity up.And also if you go into all metal you are getting no readout but as deep as prospecting mode.
