Last night I decided to check some little gold pickers, found in some paydirt. Less than a gram, ran it over the 7.5Khz coil didn't get a hit. I put it in "Prospect mode" wow it pick the little dab of gold up no problem. Going to try it with the 6"HF and see what it does?
 
I found a small 18k bracelet (chain links) on the beach in prospect mode. I was using the 705/HF DD Elliptical coil...., It would not detect it on any other setting.
