Propointer vs. Pocket Probe for scanning walls

OK, the Propointer is advertised as a pinpointer for coin hunting. The Pocket Probe is advertised for scanning walls. I'll be headed out soon to shake down a mid 1800's farmsite and plan to use my propointer for searching walls along with my detector. What I'm wondering is whether the pocket probe is better for this purpose? There doesn't seem to be much info on this unit?

Another option is to get the sniper coil. It's cheaper and has many uses, searching walls in old buildings just one. But, the Pocket Probe would be better for searching in wallsover the Pro-Pointer. The sniper coil will ID the conductivity of the targets, the other probes won't.

Thanks John!

The Pro-Pointer is excellent for wall scans as is the pocket probe. With the PP. use the sifting blade side and side scan the walls, then use the tip for more precise pinpointing.

I'm wondering if there might be a benefit to 'super tuning' the PP? You know, the penny taped to the PP? I just dont' have much experience using the PP on walls!
