programs needed exp.II

i am new, and i would like to now what settings that i should start at with a exp.II and a 15" wot coil for sandy beaches in NJ, and also with a 10" coil on hard packed ground, i have only used the factory pre set so far and would like to start learning the programinging side of the exp.II but i need help on ware to start... thanks
