Programs for Different Coils?

After reading some of the posts on Ground Filters and Recovery Delay, I'm wondering if I should be saving programs based on which coil I'm using?
Coin 10" or Coin 4x6 Etc.
Does anyone save programs that are built specifically for particular coils?
Thanx in advance.

As a side-note.
Does selecting the different coil sizes in the expert menu, make changes to the delay setting or any other parameter?

Selecting a different coil in the expert menu only affects the depth readings.

I don't make programs for different coils as I use mostly the D2. You could, but basically all I do is adjust my recovery delay if I go to a smaller coil.

I don't see the need. Once you get your filter set to your ground and swing speed, you will probably never change it again unless you travel to someplace with completely different ground. Like Rob said, if you change to a smaller coil it is because you are hunting in trash and you would want to speed up your recovery rate anyway which will take a few seconds.

I forgot to mention, when I start a hunt if I see I have changes to my base program I hit restore. This ensures that I don't have any unwanted changes I forgot about.
