programing Explorer

I just went to a site and was looking at some explorer screens. One of the screens " Old detector" screen tells you to position your mouse over it and it shows where all the coins/ rings hit on the screen. Is there anyone out there that can tell me how to apply this screen to my explorer so I can have a screen that looks like this?
