my understanding is that the Library programs are there forever, they can never be changed. If you make changes to a program that is one of the factory programs and then save it, that is what you will get everytime you load that from the block menu. When you make changes to any program, lets say Coins and Jewelry and then you turn off your machine. When you turn the unit back on and pull the trigger, it will start running the last program that you were using when you turned the machine off with the changes you made. The changes you made are ONLY saved when you go to the expert menu and pick SAVE. Then when you change to another program and then later go back to the C&J, then your changes will still be there. If you make changes, turn the machine off and then turn it back on at a later time and change to a different program, like coins, then the changes on the C&J revert to the original C&J unless you made changes to it and then in the expert menu saved it.
If you want to go back to the original factory program, you go to expert menu, then programs, then load program from the library, then save it. Now when you go back to the block screen and pick programs and you pick the program you loaded from the library and saved, it will be the factory rendition of that program until you make changes to it and save it.
You can do like a master reset....contact White's about the proper procedure if you do this...and everything will return to factory settings, like when you got the machine. With the previous method described, unless I am mistaken, you have to load each program you wish to restore from the library and then save it individually. If you copy a program like I have C&J and then I have a C&J - no tones, then if you restore the C&J, it is back to factory, but the modified C&J is still there because it has a different name and that program I created is not in the White's permanent Library.
