Problems with the Minelab x-terra 70

halllo guys

I got shown on the scren after some hours of searching a( il error) what does this mean?so i got after putting off and on a e for error too

it wasnt allowed me to boot the detector for the next hours etc. it happened more often in the last time.

i was on a field before the forest wit a other guy but he was 20 meters away from me
I had myself the sensitivity on 25 and all metal mode
im not sure if it was the sens who hanged up my screen or the magnetic field who i not think, because there was nothing anything there, no cable or something who was near me or over me .

im so confused about it dont know what to do. could it be the batterys who are a little bit scratched i have with them 5,6 volts?

My Detector is not saving up the new settings after putting off, so what can i do?

First thing I would do is get some new batteries in there.

Also make sure that your coil is connected all the way.
