problems with sSE

Try a new shaft! Do you mean the bottom carbon fibre shaft is falling out of the upper metal shaft. I would personally buy a new upper shaft.

[size=large]what if it's the cam locks? you can buy all the shafts you want but the still will drop if's the locking cam.

Try this.....look at the picture on manual if you are talking about the upper shaft you may be putting in upside down which would cause the problem...as on upper shaft the part that goes in is not square but longer on one side...Indeed the camlock could also be faulty and a piece or two of tape on the area of the internal camlock where it locks against the shaft may solve the problem.
Just some thought on my first cup of copy and they had those problems on some original XS models and they put a factory tit on the shaft which elimininated the problem. Never heard of this problem on newer Explorers so indeed you could have faulty camlock and perhaps the tape trick will work....

Look at the cam lock and see if there is a rectangle piece of metal still glued to the "rubber" brake.. (I think that the rubber is red) The cam rotates on the metal piece and pushes the rubber brake against the shaft and if it has come "unglued" and fallen out it will have to be replaced. I had this happen to me. I cut a piece of metal about the same thickness and then ground it down until it fit on the rubber brake and then glued it on.
